meet the team
Andy
Andy is the owner of Flippin Campers UK and has been working on cars and vans for over 25 years, bringing a wealth of experience and keen eye for detail in everything he does. He spent 20 years at the luxury car brand, Bentley, where he worked his way up the ranks from coach builder to quality manager.
In 2019, Andy took his passion in a new direction and started Flippin Campers UK. He loves breathing new life into new vehicles, whether it's a van transformation or a classic car project.
Outside of work, Andy enjoys mountain biking, hiking and camping with his wife and three children. Whether it's cars, campers or family life, he puts his heart into everything he does.
Lee
Lee joined the team early in 2024 and has been an integral part ever since helping to grow the Flippin brand. He is a seasoned automotive expert with a strong mechanical background. After starting out in the automotive industry working on electric installations for HGV's, Lee went on to spend 20 years at Bentley as a skilled coach builder.
As a lifelong enthusiast of classic vehicles, Lee has owned camper vans for the past 30 years, making a hobby of modifying them. Passionate about vintage VW's, he also owns classic beetles and runs the VW Volkstoke group.
Lee's love of motors does not stop at four wheels, as he enjoys motorbikes and regularly visits the Isle of Man to watch the legendary TT Races.
Aaron
Aaron is the newest member of Flippin Campers team. Aaron has always shown an interest in motors and is taking on Andy and Lee's expertise in camper van conversions.
Outside of work, Aaron loves Comp Safari racing with his dad, hitting the gym and getting hands-on with car repairs.
Charlie
Charlie has been part of the team since 2021,
and although he has very little involvement in the day to day running of the company he is very much a part of the Flippin Campers family
